Returns Policy:

At Leonard Dews Jewellers we are sure you will love your online purchase. If you do change your mind then items purchased online can be returned to our online team, or to store, within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn and in their original condition, and where necessary, the original tags and stickers still in place.

To obtain a refund, original proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.

We are happy to honour the exchange of items up to 28 days after receipt.

How to return your item:

Email [email protected] to obtain a returns reference number and fill out the online returns form and then return your item in its original packaging to the address below.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including any delivery costs we charged to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. When returning an item by post we would strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:

At Leonard Dews we aim to ensure all our parcels are delivered to you in the very best condition, however, should an item arrive with you in a damaged or defective condition then please notify us within three days.

Please return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days to the above address, with the original paperwork. We shall reimburse the cost of the return postage to you upon receipt of the goods. Items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. It is not possible to reimburse via a different method.

Incorrect Goods:

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 01253 754940 or email [email protected] and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. Personalised Items: We are unable to issue a refund for any items that have been personalised in any way. For example, rings that have been sized before delivery, or any item with engraving.
