Can I pay for an item over the phone?
We are unable to accept payments over the phone. This is simply to ensure security for both you and us. We can, however, reserve items for you and process the payment in-store.

Do you offer credit?
We offer a range of finance offers using V12 finance.
Interest free credit is available on all full priced items over £500. We are unable to offer this on anything in the sale, or on promotion.

Can I place an order from overseas?
You can place an order from overseas but please be advised we will charge in UK sterling and will only deliver to the registered billing address. It is not possible to send goods to an alternate address.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all major credit cards including, VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, AMEX, Maestro and PayPal.
For items over £500 you can opt to use our finance options that allow you to spread your payments over instalments. Depending on the item, both interest free and interest bearing finance is available.*
What methods are used to ship my goods?
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Royal Mail Signed For to deliver your goods.**

How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Signed For. Our parcels are always sent out for next day delivery but please be aware of any bank holidays, or weekends when making your purchase.
We will not send anything out on a Saturday to avoid the goods sitting in the system over the weekend.
The cut off for orders to be sent the same day is 2pm, however, we will always endeavour to do all we can to ensure you have your items as soon as possible.
