Delivery Options and Costs:

Delivery will always be dependent on stock. If you select next day delivery at the checkout and there is a problem with stock then we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery time.

Engagement Rings:

If you would like your chosen engagement ring delivered next day then we can of course accommodate this. Once you place your order a member of our team will be in contact to discuss your requirements. If you wish to receive the ring as soon as possible to propose then we can send it in its standard size and you can then send the ring back to us, or visit us in store, so we can resize it should this be required.

If you wish for us to size it first, then this will require additional time and we will advise as soon as we receive your order.

Your Leonard Dews purchase is very precious and so we want to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All our deliveries are made by Royal Mail tracked services and will require a signature upon delivery. 

For all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday we shall endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered Monday. Saturday Guaranteed delivery is available for £9.99.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

In most cases we will only deliver to the registered billing address. PayPal and Interest Free purchases will ONLY be delivered to the registered or verified address.

 

Europe:

All items placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive**.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays) 

We can only send to European countries that are served by Royal Mail and their partners, and exclusions do apply for some brands as we are restricted by their rules. Should this apply to your purchase we will contact you as soon as possible.

If your location is not covered by Royal Mail we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact customerservice@leonarddews.co.uk for more information.

All European purchases must be delivered to the registered billing address with no exceptions. A signature will be required.

 

Worldwide:

All items placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and will take approximately 5-7 days to arrive**.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We can only send to worldwide countries that are served by Royal Mail and their partners, and exclusions do apply for some brands as we are restricted by their rules. Should this apply to your purchase we will contact you as soon as possible.

Collect in store:

You can, of course, collect your parcel in store. Select the day and time and your parcel will be ready for you to collect. Please bring with you proof of identity (drivers licence or passport) and address (household bill) if you wish to collect in store. This must match your billing address.

Same day collection is also available for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be available after 10am on Monday.

 

Interest Free Credit:

Orders placed using interest free credit must be delivered to the registered address on the agreement. Finance is also only available for UK residents.

 

*Additional charges may be incurred for Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland.

Returns Policy:

At Leonard Dews Jewellers we are sure you will love your online purchase. If you do change your mind then items purchased online can be returned to our online team, or to store, within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn and in their original condition, and where necessary, the original tags and stickers still in place.

To obtain a refund, original proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.

We are happy to honour the exchange of items up to 28 days after receipt.

 

How to return your item:

Email customerservices@leonarddews.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number and fill out the online returns form and then return your item in its original packaging to the address below:

We highly recommend you send the parcel back using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to ensure proof of your delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:

At Leonard Dews we aim to ensure all our parcels are delivered to you in the very best condition, however, should an item arrive with you in a damaged or defective condition then please notify us within three days.

Please return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days to the above address, with the original paperwork. We shall reimburse the cost of the return postage to you upon receipt of the goods. Items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. It is not possible to reimburse via a different method.

 

Incorrect Goods:

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 01253 754940 or email customerservice@leonarddews.co.uk and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
