The Dutch watch brand’s logo features prominently on the striking yellow and black livery of the R30 and also enjoys key visibility on the Renault F1 Team uniforms, driver overalls and garage display. “We’re naturally very excited to see our association and activation with the Renault F1 Team coming to life,” stated TW Steel’s Chief Commercial Officer, Stewart Bain.
“While we announced our three-year partnership with the team at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix last October, we’ve been eagerly anticipating the start of the 2010 season and in particular this first step of unveiling the team’s new-look, complete with TW Steel branding. We aim to use this partnership as a tremendous marketing platform for TW Steel, further enhancing our brand reach and engaging our consumers worldwide.”
Earlier this year TW Steel launched two collections to celebrate being the ‘Official Timing Partner’ to the Renault F1 Team. The first being the Renault F1 Pilot which is based on Renault’s early association with the aviation industry and specifically the origins of the first oversized watches. The second is the Renault F1 CEO Tech range which offers a more luxurious edge, mirroring the high-end values of the successful CEO collection while combining the striking features of the Tech series.
